- Check-In Time: between 3-6 pm, Check-Out Time: by noon
- Prices include use of cottage or suite, the grounds & BBQs
- Children are welcome, but No Pets, please
- These are non-smoking accommodations in their entirety.
- Deposits are required, via Visa or Master Card Credit Cards
- Minimum 60 day cancellation notice required for full refund in peak season
- 72 hours cancellation policy in low season, after Labor Day to Memorial Day
- Luxury cottages & Ocean Views book quickly, so book early
- Coin-op laundry facilities are on site - take US quarters only
